One evening, we had a late arrival and were concerned about getting into the hotel, but the staff had everything well-organized and made us feel secure. They even provided us with a contact in case of any emergencies. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread each morning. It was a great start to our day of exploring the city. Booked the room with my daughter for 1 night and had an extra special stay. I stayed in the double room which was new-fashioned. The bed was comfy & the staff was extraordinarily friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The service was friendly, the food was fantastic. For sure, free Wi-Fi worked well in public areas.
Some people working there were very unfriendly.
